Idk about getting to smoke weed again tbh.... there's this excellent job opportunity for students that would actually allow me to work during school And it would set me up to get into my dream speciality right after graduating, and potentially even allow me to work In Town instead of having to drive 40 minutes away from work. BUT, my state has not adopted the Oregonian way of saliva swabbing for drug tests. So even if I get my green card, i may still be subject to random urine tests. So I wouldn't even be able to use my green card

#the opportunity is Amazing its perfect its dreamy #it will open so many doors for me. but the price is a sober summer #and i was Really looking forward to smoking weed over the summer v_v #im certain that i have ptsd and i would qualify for medical maurijuana if i actually went and got diagnosed #which in a state like oregon would guarantee me the right to work as a nurse without fear of losing my job #or having to go into a multi thousand dollar rehab program #but i dont live in oregon. i have to make compromises where im at #my only option would be to Pitch the idea of rapid result cheek swab tests and then follow up positives with urinalysis #which. is an ok pitch because of the benefits but its not a great pitch because of the cost #and a low level like me making the pitch is a Terrible idea. it would potentially destroy my relationship with the hospital network #and i dont want that!! i just wanna smoke weed on my days off ffs!! its not that bad!!#but i want money and i want to work in L&D. a competitive field that doesnt like noobs...#a little sobriety now for a streamlined transition to a better state and a faster MSN in the future #also like. this opportunity is Really good. i dont want to post too many details but like. its a dream come true for anyone in my position
