Inspired by @vorareromantic !!
Kinda thought it would be cool if I shared my headcanons for what I think Matt, Mello & Near look like for me =] even though I can draw them lol
Mello
Golden blonde hair that has volume to it naturally, 1b type, up until he explodes and yk. physical trauma/shock, and then Mello’s hair ends up being more straight and messy. I headcanon he shaved his head after getting his burn scars which burned half his hair off which bothered him, and he wears a wig closest to his hair, styling it in the spunky way he wants it to be. long skinny noseeee. slightly full & pouty lips. Sharp, angular?? upturned eyes?? THIS IS WHY I DRAW- alr alr back to what i was saying, tan/sunkissed skin, lots of freckles and moles because ✨Croatian✨ (just like me fr guys), quite broad shoulders, reverse triangle body shape, toned and a little muscular… Oh yeah, and piercing blue eyes. Plenty black earrings on his ears too. Black painted nails, to add extra flair, and to stop him from biting his nails. Unfortunately, that doesn’t always work, so he wears his gloves to prevent it and to keep his busy hands clean. Quite sharp jawline. Oh, hoho, we can’t forget EYEBAGS!!! and some eyeliner around his eyes!!! BLACK LIP GLOSS HOLY SHIT!!!
Matt
Slightly rounder face, skinny-ish nose, I actually have no idea what his lips would look like but probably slightly full, straight ahh naturally red-green hair (I am the kind of person that makes unnatural hair colors natural on characters) that’s frizzy because how tf do yall make it look like the people in shampoo commercials, face freckles, brown eyes (despite canon making him have dark blue eyes), QUITE THE BICEPS!!!, not scrawny/skinny but not like chubby either, *shrug*, WAIT SNAKEBITES ARE SUCH A GOOD IDEA-, crooked teeth!!!!! hell yeah guys!!!! and I might add more things to him when I develop more!
Near
Round face, round nose (twin where have you been?), idk what the lips would look like lol, white slightly curly/wispy/voluminous hair (obviously), lavender eyes because ✨Albino✨, not scrawny, not chubby either, lil in between, usually slightly flushed cheeks, and ill add more things later!!

Best Eyewear Frames for Your Face Shape – Indian Edition!

When it comes to fashion and function, eyewear is no longer just about correcting vision — it’s about making a statement. In India, the eyewear game has evolved significantly, with homegrown and international brands offering stylish frames that flatter every face shape. But with so many options, the biggest question remains: Which eyewear frame suits your face the best?
Let’s break it down in this guide tailored specially for Indian faces, skin tones, and style preferences.
🔍 First Things First: Identify Your Face Shape
Before picking out the best eyewear, it's essential to know your face shape. Stand in front of a mirror, pull your hair back, and trace your face outline. Youll usually fall into one of these categories:
Round
Oval
Square
Heart
Diamond
👓 Best Eyewear Frames for Each Face Shape
1. Round Face
Characteristics: Soft curves, equal width and height, rounded cheeks.
Best Frames:
Angular Frames: Rectangular, square, or cat-eye frames work best as they add sharpness and structure.
Wayfarers & Clear Bridges: They visually lengthen the face.
Indian Celeb Inspiration: Sonakshi Sinha, Rajkummar Rao
🔥 Try black or deep-colored frames to create contrast with softer face lines.
2. Oval Face
Characteristics: Balanced features, slightly curved jawline, longer than wide.
Best Frames:
Almost All Styles! Oval faces are versatile.
Square, Round, or Geometric Frames: Play around based on your personality.
Oversized Frames: Can make a bold statement without overpowering features.
Indian Celeb Inspiration: Deepika Padukone, Shah Rukh Khan
🎯 Make sure the frame width is as wide as your face or a little wider for perfect balance.
3. Square Face
Characteristics: Strong jawline, broad forehead, equal width and length.
Best Frames:
Round or Oval Frames: These soften your angles.
Thin, Rimless Frames: Great for a more subtle look.
Indian Celeb Inspiration: Kareena Kapoor Khan, Akshay Kumar
✨ Avoid boxy frames—they can exaggerate squareness. Go curvy to balance it out.
4. Heart-Shaped Face
Characteristics: Broad forehead, high cheekbones, narrow chin.
Best Frames:
Bottom-heavy Frames: Balance the narrow chin.
Light-colored or Rimless Glasses: Less attention to the upper face.
Oval or Cat-Eye Styles: Compliment cheekbones and soften forehead.
Indian Celeb Inspiration: Alia Bhatt, Hrithik Roshan
💡 Avoid top-heavy frames; go for lightweight designs that taper at the bottom.
5. Diamond Face
Characteristics: Narrow forehead and jaw, wide cheekbones.
Best Frames:
Top-heavy Frames: Browlines or horn-rimmed glasses add width to the forehead.
Oval or Rimless Styles: Enhance cheekbones without overwhelming.
Indian Celeb Inspiration: Bipasha Basu, Ranveer Singh
💎 Experiment with bold styles—diamond faces carry quirky frames well!
🇮🇳 What Makes Eyewear Perfect for Indian Faces?
Indian skin tones range from fair to dusky, so choosing frame colors that complement our complexion is key. Here are a few popular options:
Brown & Tortoise Shells: Look great on wheatish to dusky skin.
Metallic Gold & Bronze: Suit fairer Indian tones.
Matte Black: Timeless and works for all.
Pastels & Transparent Frames: Trending among younger audiences.
💬 Tip: Always try before you buy. Local optical stores or try-at-home options like Lenskandy, Lenskart, and Titan Eye+ make it easier.
💼 Professional vs. Trendy – Can You Have Both?
Absolutely! Today’s eyewear frames are a blend of style and functionality. Whether you’re attending board meetings or college lectures, there’s something for everyone.
✅ Top Picks in India (2025):
Lenskandy – Stylish, affordable frames tailored for Gen Z and Millennials.
Titan Eye+ – Trusted, professional eyewear.
John Jacobs – Premium yet pocket-friendly.
Ray-Ban & Oakley – For high-end lovers.
Vincent Chase – Trendy, youth-friendly options under ₹2000.
🧠 Final Tips Before You Buy:
Fit is Everything: Too tight = headaches, too loose = constantly slipping.
Blue Light Protection: Must for screen time warriors.
UV Protection: Especially if you opt for photochromic lenses.
Material Matters: Acetate for durability, metal for elegance.
✨ Conclusion
Choosing the best eyewear frames in India isn’t just about looks—it’s about finding that perfect blend of face shape compatibility, skin tone harmony, lifestyle fit, and personal vibe. The right frame won’t just help you see clearly—it’ll help you be seen, just the way you want.
So, next time you’re out shopping or scrolling through an eyewear website, remember: Your face is the canvas, your specs are the statement. Make it bold, make it you.

I show alternative versions of my recents and give art tips despite I’m 16 and barely good at this art thing: ✨
FIRST OFF, ALTS

I posted the filtered version, however, I do slightly regret it because the original colour version LOOKS SO MUCH MORE CANON DJDJDJDJD

Left is posted, right is the unlisted alt. The different is the left has a light blue overlay a shape I’m too tired to know the name of right now — ahaha. The left does look better (in my opinion).
Also, I’m really not the best artist; I’m 16. I’m rather good for my age but I’m so far from being ‘great’. I’m very lacklustre in quite a few areas and I tend to cover it up with pretty colouring — ahahaha. I hardly reference which is a massive problem considering my artstyle.
Anyway, I’ll give some basic art tips that you’ve probably heard before, but really helped me:
Thumbail sketches. Oh god — I CANT DRAW WITHOUT IT. You basically do a small, EXTREMELY SIMPLE sketch of what your vision for your drawing is. It’s small, so it’s easy to edit if it’s not matching your vision. Then, you blow it up to become really big, and start doing the first structural sketch. Then, you do the main detailed sketch over the op that you’ll do the lineart over. It really helps with anatomy and overall flow of an artwork.
EDGES, ANGLES, LINE, MWAH. Definitely a stylistic preference — but I love drawing with angular shapes/ lines. It definitely shows most when I draw Byakuya:

It’s really in that face shape, hair and especially the clothes:

Hnnggg the rose drawing.... *ahem*... composure Andreatides, composure... N e way... Even when I draw S/I’s hair — I do it with angular shapes. For my style, it makes things look more structured and pleasant TO ME PERSONALLY. I do love rounder styles too — especially for more stylised works!! Rounder styles are cute and give off such a wholesome vibe (my art seems to lack most of the time). My style just really facilitates stronger shapes a lot better.
Just.. just watch Ethan Becker on YouTube. Again, I’m not great at art, but this guy has made me improve so much. I’m still learning every day; I don’t take art as a thing I’ll ever do professionally and is exclusively my hobby — but I still want to get better. He’s great, truly an incredible artist.
