#I don't think its Good how white washed the smiths are#but i do think we blame jada and jaden way more than we do like#actual black celebrities who are openly queerphobic and misogynistic and close minded#like i can't think of one time that the question had even come up#like doja cat said faggot with her whole chest and everyone just thought it was cute and streamed say so#a video who's sucess largely comes from borrowing aesthetics and sounds of disco#a genre carried by lgbt black people and their allies in the scene#so yeah its fucked up that they've never tried to find or support queer bipoc artists and instead spurn blackness as a whole#but like. what outlet do they have to link up with someone who at the very least doesn't actively support a homophobe#when lack of genuine accountability is effecting all sides of the community#idk thats just my take#they're just weird and mean#unapprochable black hotties if you will#i think people blow it out of proportion when they're literally just trying to protect themselves#i'll be honest i wish i had more black friends#but when i have alone time with other black people it makes me feel like an outsider#and ik the only way to remedy that is involving myself with even more black people#but theres so much I don't understand i end up feeling like im taking up space I don't deserve#especially after i saw a decently popular black tiktoker talk about mixed people like they're interchangeable with white opressors#like what makes people think its easy to enter spaces like that when you're likely to meet at least one person who'll bring that up#which i why i wanna go to balls when covids over so i can meet the gays in my area#but that's neither here nor there
