General admission (pit tickets):
All show attendees are required to abide by the following procedures:
Guests can begin lining up no earlier than 9:00 AM on July 19. Sequentially numbered wristbands will be put on guests’ wrists upon arrival on a first come, first served basis.
Guests must have a valid ticket for the Skyla Credit Union Amphitheatre show for July 19 to receive a wristband and all guests in a party must be present to receive a wristband.
Any guests that have camped overnight or arrived before 9:00 AM will not be given wristbands and will be sent to the back of the line.
There is no camping or overnight parking permitted at the venue. Any unauthorized vehicles on site prior to an event or after an event could be subject to ticketing and/or towed at the owners expense.
Guests are encouraged to return at 3:00 PM to queue for General Admission entry beginning at the Main Gate.
Security will honor wristbands from 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM.
After 4:00 PM, guests will join the line on a first come, first served basis.
Gates open at 5:30 PM.
Loss, removal or tampering with a wristband will result in loss of place in the GA line. Guests are not permitted to hold places in line. Please be respectful and courteous to all other guests in line.
FAST LANE PASS HOLDERS FOR LOUIS TOMLINSON:
Starting at 9AM, sequentially numbered wristbands will be put on Fast Lane Pass holders’ wrists upon arrival on a first come, first served basis.
These wristbands will be different than GA so you will be allowed in before general admission.

Here are important things to know:
There is one entrance gate to the venue located in the parking lot between The Fillmore and VBGB. The Fast Lane Gate is adjacent to this gate and indicated with Fast Lane Flags. You must have your Fast Lane pass to utilize this gate. The VIP Club has a separate entry gate located through the front of The Fillmore. All guests using this gate must be VIP clients and have the appropriate ticket.
The venue is cashless! Pay with card and mobile pay!
Parking: The Music Factory has parking available in the parking deck across the street from the venue, or in the adjacent surface lot. Pricing varies by event. Once you arrive at the venue, there will be signage and staff members to direct you to the lots. Premier Parking ($50) available in advance here, opens at 4:00 PM.
Upgrades: VIP Club Access ($60) -  Private club with bar and private restrooms. Skyla CU Fast Lane ($20) - Skip the lines and get to your seats with less hassle! Fastest way to the PIT or LAWN. Be one of the first into the venue. Lawn Chair Rental ($15).

Cameras: disposable cameras, and small digital cameras ok. Any camera that has a detachable lens will not be allowed in. If the camera lens zooms out more than 1 inch- it will not be allowed in.
