I completely forgot I could finally post the artwork I did for the Fan Favorite zine back in 2019. Definitely not a good example of what my artwork is like today, but still a piece I enjoyed working on and getting to share.

Also jeez, a couple of these characters' designs have drifted since then. All for the better though.

Yeah, this whole site may crash and burn any time now, but I’m going to post stuff until it’s officially dead.

I recently finished up a year+ long game of Masks: A New Generation and it was a trip.  My tiny little nova Concord (real name Adam Amari) went through a lot of changes but in the end he finally stood up to his parents, went to Disney World, and saved all of reality (yes, these are three connected events, not random things pulled from different parts of the campaign).  Perhaps my favorite part, however, was Adam finally getting to reveal his identity to his kid sister so that she could finally know he’s not just gone all the time because he doesn’t want to spend time with his family.

One of the fellow players from my Masks game wrote a series of stories involving a gender-flipped alternate reality and I totally had to get involved.  So here is Arturus, that universe’s incarnation of Concord.

Much like Adam, Amelia Amari was imbued with the powers of the Universal Concordance but instead of manifesting as a physically adult figure, Arturus is larger than life at somewhere around 9 feet tall at her smallest.  Usually she assists her team by growing to truly titanic proportions and keeping foes from escaping (you can’t do crime when you’ve been plucked from the ground like a a found quarter).  Of course, growing so big also means that when you trip up, buildings take the brunt of the damage (fitting her Nova status).
