What happened to Adillo? She looks pretty roughed up ;v;

OH WELL.. Adillo gets into… Fights very. Very often. 

And she doesn’t always win the fights even if she’s a good fighter (and even when she win she’s bound to end up a bit roughed up too)…. So she almost always got bruises, even though they might not be in her face as often and thus not as clearly visible as now ahah.

She and her new sorta-friend Ceodoa ran into two trolls recently though in the forest around her hive, Paityn and Seldon, who wanted to fight. A revenge deal. 

They got out of the situation eventually but, the most notable wounds, would be that Adillo got slashed in the side by an axe… She managed to mostly avoid it so not as deep as it could’ve been, but there was a lot of blood still and Ceodoa had to stitch her back up. Oh and one of Ceodoa’s hands got crushed, ouch.

She’s not been in the best shape for some time after that anyway..! Boy… Does that means she stays out of trouble? I wish.

Adillo:

What they smell like: dirt, blood, forest, the sea, sometimes candy

How they sleep (sleeping position, schedule, etc): Either too much or not enough for weeks. Usually moving around a lot because of dreams unless she’s so exhausted she just lays there like a rock.

What music they enjoy: Anything edgy and loud enough honestly. 

How much time they spend getting ready every morning: Depends on the day... Sometimes she just get dressed and go out. Other days she spend time getting her arms/hands wrapped up and her hair fixed and a bit more time picking out clothes.

Their favorite thing to collect: Big hoodies/shirts, knives and wood pieces to make carvings with

Favorite sport: Swimming, wrestling, hand-to-hand combat

Prompt; send me ❛ brush ❜ for my character’s reaction to your character running their fingers through my character’s hair.

Whenever they were together, they had a tendency to somehow stay close yet with a certain distance. Like a silent agreement, an invisible barrier between the two, only to be broken were they to shove one another or nudge for attention.

But softness wasn’t something they normally shared, which might be why Adillo froze when she felt Jehari’s fingers brush lightly through her messy hair.

Her first instinct was to swat the hand away or hiss, the way she always did when someone touched her like that… But then, she didn’t. It was like she was curious what’d happen if she just stayed like that, silent on the rooftop, watching the neon lights of the city below.

She could feel him look at her through the dark glass of his shades, and his hand pull back after yet another moment.

She didn’t know why he’d touched her right then, what he was thinking about or feeling. It was unlike him, unlike her, and it was strange. He didn’t seem like the kind who’d do so for no reason; much like herself he seemed to avoid touches… And she couldn’t for her life seem to figure out what reason he could possibly have had.

She didn’t hate it though. Somehow. 

Adillo scratched her head lightly, as to get rid of the strange sensation.

Gentle… Warm.

As they continued to sit in each others silent company, no words or movement betraying the moment they had just shared, she wondered what he was thinking about.

Listen, bulletproof is one of our first ever ships and I will love them forever… They have such a funny, interesting dynamic and I love that they could work out strangely well in more or less any quad, if ever their relationship came to that point… Although some sort of strange switchy one would be more likely…

They are also just?? So good??? Just the way they are as fRIENDS? They grew up together and have grown so much as people sighs…

What's Adillo's happiest memory? Alternatively: What's her most fulfilling memory?

Adillo’s happiest memory is from when she was a kid, she was maybe 4 sweeps old and was curled up next to her lusus in the couch covered in a blanket, eating pancakes and listening to the thunder storm outside.

She was calm, happy and felt safe and not alone. She doesn’t have many memories like that as her lusus was rather neglecting even when she was a kid.

♡ Find that slight balance between pushing too little and too much... Adillo is reclusive and pushes others away from herself, she’s rude, bitter and negative. Pushing her too much, she will clam up completely and turn away, but if you don’t push at all you won’t really... Get anywhere. It’s a bit complicated really, rip...

♡ Be sure to make her know she’s important to you. Not by saying it so much as showing it. Adillo already view everyone as liars and has an incredibly hard time trusting people. Actions will always mean more than words.

♡ Be maybe just... A little bit playful. Deep inside, she’s still that lonely child who never quite got to be a normal child with a normal childhood, with friends and a stable relationship to her lusus. Interacting with others through silly banters, shoving one another about, rough housing some p’much, is one of few ways she find herself... At least a little bit comfortable with physical touch, and the fun in it makes her forget her problems for a little while...

♡ As much as Starla may complain about her height, she still seem to have a thing for taller people. Especially pretty/handsome taller people with a fashion sense. Like shit, she may not only fall for others based on looks, but she is weak to the pretty...

Exhaution: When exhausted, Adillo will be slower than normal, might not react as quickly to comments and stares out into the air a lot. Depending on situation, she may either just lay/sit around and act lazy, or refuse to, to not fall asleep. 

Panic: Her eyes goes a bit wider, she avoids eye contact, and her eyes either freeze to one spot or dart around. Often she might freeze, stand absolutely still and zone out completely. She starts scratching at her bandages. If anyone tries to come closer to her, she’s likely to snap at them, push away or even fight. In some cases she just silently leaves the situation, almost robot-like.

Mischief: There’s a slight grin over her lips a lot of the time when she’s mischievous, sideyeing the person it is against, because often she likes it when they know she’s messing with them because their reactions are amusing to her. Might nudge, stick her tongue out, act a bit childish just in general honesly.

Bless.... Adillo would... Get a bit confused and flustered by the time she realize he’s actually trying to comfort her, but him being subtle would make it easier. She’d be unlikely to actually confide in him, probably shrug and throw some general downer-complaints about how the world kinda sucks which for most part sound like dark humor jokes laughs.. But she’d appreciate him being there... The longer he stay around without running off or pushing, the more she would slowly start to say, although usually wrapped up and subtle in wording...

<> - It’s not the sort of quadrant they’d think of walking into, it’s more something that’d just happen because something drastic caused it to. Because hey look at these idiots trying to pretend they don’t care about each other, except actually they do, and if needed be they would try to help the other out of that panic attack or that flooding anger making Curric turn. Keep each other a bit level headed... They’re not good at talking about feelings which could get frustrating, because I feel like they both might need to, or want the other to open up, but at the same time doesn’t want to talk themselves? Just hanging out and being comfortable with each other, taking a long break from the world and all that, would be therapeutic for them... I do see a bit of a risk though, in both having such grave trust issues it could easily turn into a trust nobody else-thing that wouldn’t be very healthy for anyone involved.

<3 - A slow burn ship... It’d be strange, as they find themself getting more comfortable with each other, and that idea to like... Kiss and stuff shows up in their heads. I feel like they’d both be in denial of it really, or at least I know Adillo would be. But she’d not mind him slowly moving closer, he respects her boundaries and eventually she’d be able to casually do the sort of things she does with friends she’s more close with like, casual gentle play fighting, shoving, putting her legs over the other while chilling in a couch to be an annoyance but also kinda close. It’d take some to pull out the confession as they slowly catch the other maybe looking too long or feel that tingling sensation when their hands bump together til one of them finally dares to grab the others hand (and they both won’t talk about it either, it happened and it was nice, but they pretend it didn’t... The same way they pretend Adillo didn’t fall asleep on his shoulder maybe or the other way around.) Once they finally admit it for themselves, and start trusting one another and like... Tell more secrets, I could see them getting more cuddly, I could see Adillo stealing kisses and running away lmao. I feel like it’d be kinda... Playful in some way. They’d still tease each other and give each other a hard time (mostly Adillo), except now with more... Warmth and maybe eventually even kisses...

<3< - In short, it probably wouldn’t work in the long run, because of the danger with Curric’s shape shifting as much as Adillo can protect herself in her shield... And IF it did, it’d not be the most violent pitch at the very least. It’d not go past banters and teasing like dumb kids, which might leave them both more frustrated than anything with Curric constantly holding back and Adillo realizing he is. (And ofc it doesn’t help that they STILL are bad with their emotions god.) 

c3< - They are not the meddling types, but if one of them got into a straight up abusive relationship... I could see the other bother them about it, first passively, hoping they’ll get it on their own, then more annoyed about them being SO DUMB. GOD HOW DON’T YOU SEE THIS IS BAD FOR YOU YOU DUMB FUCK!! Shakes them, and p’much starts a fight lmao. It definitely doesn’t help that both are stubborn, so it’d be a mess. Although maybe at least it’d make the one in the bad relationship consider it and be pulled down to earth... Eventually listening to their advice but like “not because you told me to”.
