I hate advertising so much but I would bear it online if it didn't invade your privacy and didn't make some pages incredibly annoying to use (and wasn't dangerous sometimes) (and wasn't in search results)

I think? idk but I'd bear ads if they weren't like this#like newspapers for example I get that you either pay or see ads they need money to exist#il post does it right it's not too invasive. even if recently the full page ads have increased and I don't like that#pointless microblogging#on youtube too one 5 sec ad per vid at the beginning and end is fine. annoying but fine#(unless the video is like 2 minutes long)#(or I'm quickly switching between videos but I think they already keep that in mind?)#video streaming is expensive#10+ is too much and it's not even one and they're also in the middle of the video#I'd beat ads except in search results fuck that. first links need to be useful ones
