“Much of the film is about these two people put through in the absolute extremes of human existence. It was a rigorous film that we pushed each other, it was hard but deeply deeply rewarding.”

“What Tom’s vision from the beginning about this movie was, to make sure that it felt and looked real, that a lot of it was real, and even the stuff that we filmed that wasn’t necessarily, actually shot in the air was also putting our performers in a situation, which made them feel like it was real. So that, one big shot, that you guys saw, where the balloon goes across the horizon, and Felicity is sitting on top of the hoop, that’s actually the two of them in a balloon 2000 feet in the air.” - Todd Lieberman producer.
