Wake up

Wait for bank manager to speak to other bank people in Perth

Yell at employee if they've sent out a particular invoice (repeat several times) (ignore that employee did other invoices)

Not pay ASIC fees

Not even with a random personal bank account to avoid several late fees

Put up an invoice for 2016 tax returns by a billion percent because the previous invoice was "2019 prices"

Tell employee that although the offer of employment for his wife said she'd start next week, she cannot start next week. Start date indefinite.

Tell employee to tell new client to set up the agent nomination or ring the ATO

Gets mad at employee when she finds out new client rang his daughter and asked her to help him because apparently the daughter advises he go somewhere else????? Who knows

Threaten employee with "consequences" if new client leaves

Tell employee to do another invoice charging interest on a client's outstanding invoices. Don't listen to her complaints. Make her do it.
