Summer ‘19 Trip Accountability
I didn’t get to where I needed to be (lost control a lil) and I’m like at 57 but I’d like to think that’s mainly water weight. I’m traveling in a couple of hours and I’m leaving for 12 days. Perfectly enough time to lose the weight I wanted to lose if not more. My gw is in the 54 kg range. During this trip I can only eat 14,400 calories, 1,200 everyday. On top of that, I’ll probably get to 10,000 steps everyday. I’ll update every day or as much as I can with the calories. Fasting doesn’t matter in this.

Binged yesterday and today. But I came home at like 56.7 with clothes and having eaten a bit. Gonna get on track for 3 days with less than 600 and 24hr fasts between every new then I’ll update my weight. Kind of really disappointed in my weight.
