tips for closeted regressors!

this includes both gear and activities (mainly for age regressors / dreamers)

baby bottle pops are good alternatives to pacis, if you don't mind the sweetness

if you think you can, get littlegear and hide it somewhere! make sure to use cash when you buy it.

count cars if you're on a carride or looking out the window! it's something that's super relaxing and doesn't really require anything

have picnics! you can even invite your stuffed animals if you would like. just be careful when cooking or cutting anything so that you dont get hurt

watch kid's cartoons on youtube!

make a fort or blanket nest

lots of stuffies!

go to the mall and get stuffies or look at toys!

play with animals, if you have any!

if there is a library nearby, go there and check out books for whatever age range you regress to! the librarians wont judge you, and if anyone asks you can just say its for a younger sibling or friend

eat applesauce, goldfish, cheezits, or other "childish" snacks

bottles with straws are always nice to have when regressed

oversized hoodies

take a bath! this is super calming for our littles

adult coloring books, or you can draw / doodle

if you have any books from when you were bodily little, read them to your stuffies!

use your non-dominant hand for unimportant things!

hold things with two hands

babble to yourself, if you littletalk

listen to lullabies or other calming music

instead of baby food, you can eat cereal

this is all i could think of, so if you have any other tips feel free to share!
