Charlie’s Angels (2019)

Young engineer Elena is drawn into a world of espionage when she is rescued by two Angels after trying to blow the whistle on the dangers of her company's revolutionary new technology. Charlie’s Angels was filmed in Hamburg, Berlin, İstanbul, and Los Angeles.

Elena approaches her boss at work filmed at the Elbphilharmonie Hamburg about the flaw with Calisto but her concerns are dismissed.

Over near Los Angeles, John Bosley lands at the Angels’ headquarters filmed at Hummingbird Nest Ranch for his retirement party.

Elena rides her bike across Michaelisbrücke on her way to her meeting.

She meets with Edgar Bosley at Marinehof to turn over the information but they are attacked by an assassin and have to flee.

Sabina keeps an eye on the meeting from the roof of Steigenberger Hotel Hamburg across the street.

Edgar drives with Elena while Jane fires from the sunroof of the car while fleeing the assassin. They head down Bankstraße & Altländer Straße, across Oberhafenstraße Bridge and Poggenmühlenbrücke in der Speicherstadt, and down Alter Wandrahm where Jane manages to shoot out the tires of the pursuing vehicle.

Their car is knocked into the river at Kaiserkai after Edgar is killed but the assassin is chased away by Sabina before he can confirm Elena’s death.

The Angels come up with a plan to infiltrate Elena’s company with her and Sabina heads to Becycle to steal an ID card off another employee.

After the heist, Sabina, Jane, Elena, and Bosley arrive in Berlin at the Hauptbahnhof where another Angel passes them car keys.

They drive through town across Moabiter Brücke and past Brandenburger Tor before arriving at the safe house at the Pergamonmuseum.

Tracking their target to Istanbul, the team travels to the Four Season Hotel where they discuss the plan and then search his room.

Sabina and Bosley follow him to Mısır Çarşısı, a large spice bazar, where they manage to swap SIM cards in his phone.

They learn that the sale is planned to occur at the Veliefendi Race Course so the team heads there to try and stop it from happening.

After a less than successful operation, the team changes vehicles at Ahırkapı Parkı and then follows the seller to the backup location.

They once again try to thwart the sale at the Mitteldeutsche Baustoffe Quarry and are partially successful but Bosley abandons them in the middle of the mission.

Elena is kidnapped after the safe house is attacked and taken to Moritzburg Castle for a lavish party. Jane and Sabina infiltrate the party to rescue their team member and stop John Bosley from selling the device.

In the mid-credits sequence, Jane and Sabina wait on the ground at Agua Dulce Airpark while lands a skydiving plan on her own as part of her training.

In order to recreate the Le Mans circuit as it existed in the 1960s the scenes taking place on the race track in Ford v Ferrari (2019)  had to be shot in five different locations. This proved a challenge in terms of continuity.  The race tracks used in filming include Willow Springs International Raceway and Auto Club Speedway in California, two tracks in Georgia, and  the Le Mans grandstands, pits, and garages were replicated at the Agua Dulce Airpark in Agua Dulce in Los Angeles County.

Accidents, Mishaps, Deaths of Stunt Performers Since 2010

A great stunt coo4dinator, Manny Siverio, who created the Siverio Stunt Directory App for Apple and iPhone, shared this to a group page on Facebook. I wanted to copy/paste/share this with you. We all do our best to make sure our stunts are as safe as they can be, given the circumstances, but the risk is very real and all too easy to forget. In this industry, complacency can mean a botched take and a waste of production time and resources, at best, or death, at the worst. I don't know if this is a complete list since 2010, but it does not factor in other deaths before that year. Manny shared that information (1920s-1990s) in another post. Update 2/9/17 Accidents, Mishaps and Deaths of Stunt Performers as of 2010 Just a reminder for those people who forget how serious our business really is: -Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows (2010/2011). During production at Leavesden, Daniel Radcliffe's stunt double David Holmes suffered a serious spinal injury during the filming of an aerial sequence, which left him paralysed. Holmes fell to the ground following an explosion that was part of the stunt. -Wetten, dass..? (2010). In the December 4 episode of this German entertainment series, stuntman Samuel Koch attempted to powerbock over five moving cars in succession when his head hit the windshield of the fourth car (driven by his father), causing him to crash to the ground head-first, fracturing two vertebrae and rendering him quadriplegic. -The Hangover Part II (2011). Australian stuntman Scott McLean suffered critical brain damage while filming in Bangkok after a taxi he was leaning out of the window of failed to dodge another vehicle, causing McLean's head to collide with it, "leaving him with a huge gash over the right side of his head and flesh torn from his skull".[167] Warner Bros. then issued a statement stating McLean was put into a medically induced coma, and were reportedly paying his hospital bills. McLean soon recovered, stating he had suffered “likely permanent brain and physical injuries” before suing the studio for unspecified damages. -The Avengers (2012). While performing a 30-foot fall from a building, stuntman Jeremy Fitzgerald slammed into a pile of bricks and tore off a chunk of his scalp. -The Expendables 2 (2012). While filming in Elin Pelin, Bulgaria, a stuntman was killed and another was left in critical condition during a staged explosion on a rubber boat. The surviving stuntman underwent a five-hour operation that reportedly left him in stable condition. In addition, both Sylvester Stallone and Arnold Schwarzenegger required shoulder surgery after filming. -Kick-Ass 2 (2013). Chloë Grace Moretz’s stunt double was thrown into a wall by Mother Russia, and she cracked her head open. -Fury (2014). During filming in Oxfordshire, a stuntman was accidentally stabbed in the shoulder by a bayonet during rehearsals. -Point Break (2015). Australian surfer Laurie Towner, who was Luke Bracey’s stunt double, broke his jaw and suffered other wounds while filming the surfing scene in Teahupo’o in mid-September 2014. -Shooter (2016). On July 6, 2016, while filming a scene at Agua Dulce Airpark, actor Tom Sizemore accidentally ran over a stuntman. -Resident Evil: The Final Chapter (2017). Stunt double Olivia Jackson was severely injured in a motorcycle accident on set in South Africa in September 2015, leaving her in a medically-induced coma for two weeks. During a high-speed motorcycle chase, she collided with a camera arm. Among Jackson's injuries were cerebral trauma, a crushed and degloved face, a severed artery in her neck, a paralyzed arm, several broken ribs, a shattered scapula, a broken clavicle, torn fingers with a thumb that needed to be amputated, and five nerves torn out of her spinal cord. Her paralyzed left arm was amputated in June 2016.
