We went camping last night in the mountains and it was pretty cool!!!
#august living#im self sabotaging tho im so tired and need to go to sleep#we got in the tent like at 8 but i didnt fall asleep probably for an hour then woke up abt every hour#bc there was an active railway pretty fucking close to the campsite so loud train noises pretty frequently all night#we wanted to get a spot in the main camp site but it was already full when we got there but bc we were tenting we got a good overflow spot#we went to a lake near jasper park lodge and did some wading bc it was way too cold to swim even tho there was kids swimming#ahhhh i wanna paddleboard there were ppl doing that#we walked in the dry riverbed next to where we were camping to the actually full river which was vry fun#we went into the jasper township this morning after packing up and got brunch and rocks and fudge!#the roadtrip part is also fun and would probably be more fun for todd if i help drive lol#i swear ill do that soon#anyway incredibly tired must sleeb
