Ahrora has quite a few! Her pink/blue heterochromia, her bright red complex face paint, her black hair with yellow-blonde highlights, her staggering height for a Miqo'te (she's 6'6!), her Lightwarden scarring on the back of her legs, her various accessories... and of course, her smile!! <3

I have had a less than ideal afternoon and so I head to bed with a wol question for you all ✨

what is your wol/oc's defining feature!

is it their hair or perhaps their eyes? the way they stand? what detail is it that makes you go "ah yes, that's them alright"

i had a marvelous time ruining everything!

finally met @starspaceace's wol in game and was once again faced with the fact that ahrora is Tall.

ahrora's major scars are the ones on her legs!

as you can see they're massive, on both her lower calves, and look marbled with gold cracks. this is the lasting effect of the whole “slowly turning into a lightwarden” thing, which is also why she’s so comically fucking tall (6'6/198cm). as for how she feels about them… she’s mostly neutral on them but very deliberately shows them off as a reminder of how genuinely dangerous being the wol is. they also serve as a reminder to not let herself feel the deep despair she felt in shb, she got through the lowest point and she will never feel that low again.

the former azem, who refused to choose a successor and went as far as snapping her mask when she abdicated her seat, braided her hair in the final days. a stark contrast from the long, flowing hair she had while holding the seat, she even abandoned the shorter robe she insisted on wearing, and now dons the standard, long, black robes, sans mask.

What is your character's preferred method of self-expression? Do they have any artistic talents or creative outlets?

Ahrora's main form of self expression is singing and dancing! Her Echo allows her to perceive large amounts of dynamis as songs (aka It Makes The Boss Music Diagetic For Her), so she hears a LOT of different types of music. She transcribes that music as best as she can, and she has made entire choreographed routines to a few of the songs! She's also made a couple of original songs :)
