Overview
TURBT: Endoscopic resection of bladder tumors or laser fulguration of tiny lesions Robotic or open Radical cystectomy: Removal of cancerous bladder and surrounding lymph nodes. Urine diversion is done by an ileal conduit (urine tubes or ureters are attached to a segment of the small intestine and this is brought out through the tummy wall as stoma to which a urine bag is applied). In selected patients neobladder can be created where the intestinal segment is used to create a reservoir similar to urinary bladder, facilitating urine passage naturally.

Dialysis | Why is dialysis used | types of dialysis
What is Dialysis? The kidneys filter your blood by filtering waste and extra fluid from the body. This waste is sent to the bladder and eliminated when urinate. Dialysis performs the function of kidneys when they failed. End-stage kidney failure occurs when kidneys perform only 10 to 15 present of their regular function. Dialysis is a treatment in which blood is filtered and purified by using a machine. This helps keep your fluids in balance.
Why is dialysis used? Properly functioning kidneys filter extra water, waste, and impurities from the body. They help to control blood pressure and balance levels of chemical elements in the blood. These elements include potassium  sodium and phosphors  When your kidneys can’t perform their function due to disease, dialysis helps to regulate body functions to be as normal as possible. Without dialysis salt and waste products will gather in blood, this can damage other organs. However, dialysis does not cure kidney disease.
What are the different types of dialysis? Haemodialysis
This the most common type of dialysis. This process uses an artificial kidney to filter waste and extra fluid from the blood. The blood is removed from the body and filtered by the artificial kidney. The filtered blood again returned to the body with the help of a dialysis machine.
Peritoneal dialysis
This process involves surgery to implant peritoneal dialysis catheter into your abdomen. The catheter helps in the filtration of blood through the peritoneum, which is a membrane in the abdomen. During treatment, a fluid called dialysate flows into the peritoneum. The dialysate absorbs waste. Once the dialysate takes waste out of the blood, it’s drained from your abdomen.
Continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT)
This therapy is used when the patient is suffering from acute kidney failure. It’s also known as hemofiltration. A machine passes the blood through the tube, a filter removes waste and water and the blood is returned to the body, along with replacement fluid. This procedure is performed 12 to 24 hours.

CKD in Children | best kidney hospital | urology | nephrology | AINU banjara hills
Kidney disease can affect children in various ways, ranging from treatable disorders without long-term consequences to life-threatening conditions. Acute kidney disease develops suddenly, lasts a short time, and can be serious with long-lasting consequences or may go away completely once the underlying cause has been treated. Chronic kidney disease (CKD) does not go away with treatment and tends to get worse over time. CKD eventually leads to kidney failure, described as end-stage kidney disease or ESRD when treated with a kidney transplant or blood-filtering treatments called dialysis.
Children with CKD or kidney failure face many challenges, which can include
A negative self-image
relationship problems
behavior problems
learning problems
trouble concentrating
delayed language skills development
delayed motor skills development
Children with CKD may grow at a slower rate than their peers, and urinary incontinence—the loss of bladder control, which results in the accidental loss of urine—is common.

Haemolytic uremic syndrome, or HUS, is a kidney condition that happens when red blood cells are destroyed and block the kidneys’ filtering system. The damaged red blood cells clog the filtering system in the kidneys, which can lead to life-threatening kidney failure. If the kidneys stop functioning, a child can develop acute kidney injury. The sudden and temporary loss of kidney function. Haemolytic uremic syndrome is the most common cause of acute kidney injury in children. Red blood cells contain haemoglobin—an iron-rich protein that gives blood its red colour and carries oxygen from the lungs to all parts of the body.
 Symptoms:
Bloody diarrhoea
Decreased urination or blood     in the urine
Abdominal pain, vomiting and     occasionally fever
Pallor
Small, unexplained bruises     or bleeding from the nose and
Fatigue and irritating
Symptoms of haemolytic uremic syndrome in children:
A child with haemolytic uremic syndrome may develop signs and symptoms similar to those seen with gastroenteritis—an inflammation of the lining of the stomach, small intestine, and large intestine such as,
Vomiting
Bloody diarrhoea
Abdominal pain
Fever and chills
Headache
 Risk Factors:
The risk of developing HUS is highest for:
Children under 5 years of     age
People over 75
People with certain genetic     changes that make them more susceptible
 Complications:
HUS can cause life-threatening complications, including:
Kidney failure, which can be     sudden (acute) or develop over time (chronic)
High blood pressure
Stroke
Coma
Intestinal problems, such as     inflammatory colitis
Heart problems

What causes bladder cancer?Bladder cancer develops when cells in the bladder grow abnormally. These cells form a tumorCauses of bladder cancer include·
Smoking and using tobacco·
Occupational exposure to chemicals·
Past radiation exposure·
Chronic irritation·
Parasitic infections
How is bladder cancer diagnosed?·
Diagnosis of bladder cancer using one or more of the following methods·        Urinalysis·
Cystoscopy: inserting a narrow tube that has a small camera on it, through your urethra to see inside your bladder·

What is  Alport Syndrome ? | urology | nephrology | AINU
Alport syndrome is a genetic condition characterized by kidney disease, hearing loss, and eye abnormalities. People with Alport syndrome experience progressive loss of kidney function.
Causes Alport Syndrome is an inherited disease of the kidney. It is caused by genetic mutations that affect the type IV collagen family of proteins. Type IV collagen is a major part of important tissue structures called basement membranes that are present in all tissues including the kidney, inner ear, and eye.
Types of Alport Syndrome There are three genetic types:
X-linked Alport Syndrome (XLAS) is the most common; in these families affected males typically have more severe disease than affected females.
In autosomal recessive Alport Syndrome (ARAS) the severity of disease in affected males and females is similar.
There is also an autosomal dominant form (ADAS) which affects males and females with equal severity.
Signs and symptoms With all types of Alport syndrome the kidneys are affected. The tiny blood vessels in the glomeruli of the kidneys are damaged and cannot filter the wastes and extra fluid in your body. Many people with Alport syndrome also have hearing problems and abnormalities with their eyes.
Other signs and symptoms may include:
Blood in the urine (hematuria), the most common and earliest sign of Alport syndrome
Protein in the urine (proteinuria)
High blood pressure (hypertension)
Swelling in the legs, ankle, feet and around the eyes (called edema)
These signs and symptoms may differ, based on age, gender and inherited type of Alport syndrome. For example, hearing and vision problems tend to be more common in males than females and high blood pressure is usually found later in life.

 How bladder cancer will ocur
Step 1: The lamina propria we see bladder cancer in the inner grown through the lining of bladder cancer , it is the thick muscle wall will not spread through lymph nodes or etc..
Step 2: slowly this cancer will start spreading into muscles of bladder that is called inessive disorder/inessive cancer, but in this step cancer will not reach/attach other glands.
Step 3: in this stage it starts spreading although the muscles of fatty layers of tissues around bladder
Step 4:  The tumour has grown into the peri vesical tissue or has spread to the prostate, uterus, or vagina, but has not spread to the lymph nodes or other organs
·        Step 5: in this step it starts growing/spreading started in lymph nodes and other parts
Step 6: in this stage the tumour go through every glands and tissues of urinary parts completely
·        Step 7: slowly it reaches to abdominal parts.
·        Step 8: This tumour spreads other organs in the body.
 Types of bladder cancer
3 Types of bladder cancer include:
·        Urothelial carcinoma. It is also called transitional cell carcinoma, attack the cells inside the bladder, this cell expands when urine is there compress when urine is let out. This cancer is the common type of bladder cancer
·        Squamous cell carcinoma. It is the chronic bladder irritation and pain in bladder. This can cells are very rarely seen. It's more common in parts of the world where a certain parasitic infection  is a common cause of bladder infections.
·        Adenocarcinoma. This cancer begin in the cells of bladder and spread throughout fatty tissues of bladder. Adenocarcinoma of the bladder is rare cancer many parts of the wo.

The tip of the penis appears as a tight ring or a rubber band preventing from retraction. It is of two typesPhysiological phimosisChildren are born with tight foreskin during birth and separation occurs naturally around 2-4 years of age. This condition is normal in infants. Pathological Phimosis The phimosis occurs due to repeated inflammation retraction of the foreskin leading to bleeding, scarring, and infection. Symptoms If there is a painful ballooning or difficulty during urination then it advised for the treatment. Diagnosis and EvaluationPhimosis leads to penile irritation or bleeding, painful urination and erections, ballooning of foreskin with pain and difficulty during urination, urinary retention, recurrent infections, paraphimosis and urinary tract infections which require treatment. Treatment1] Gentle Daily Manual retraction.2) Topical ointment3) Circumcision - This is the surgical removal of the foreskin.
