Spending some time yesterday reassembling a customers (PEP-2) 2000 CRV B Series Transfer case! I remember how much of a pain it was to take apart. Even worst going back together. But alas nothing but the best. Finished media blasting this casting and cleaning the internal gear set.

Fresh bearings and races have been installed into this transfer case after sonic cleaning now being reassembled with solid pinion spacer and cleaned input and output gear. Finishing touches include 6061 Billet Purple Beauty washers and Grade 12.9 Corrosion Resistant Bolts form my favorite supplier.

Man so happy with how this turned out! Upper diff plate went in nicely! Designed to support the weight of the differential this setup is created to support B and K series bias positions in the exhaust tunnel and also allow fitment of Wagon/ Crv/ Element/ Crosstour Honda rear differentials!

Well can't go to the shop but still got work to do! Guess we will work on prototypes and design work until this #Coronavirus #pandemic is over and we can return to work! Working on my 94 Prelude SI Setting up the AWD Kit for the BB6/BB8 Chassis!

This new subframe will allow the use of the 97-2001 Prelude 4WS Electronic Steering System and AWD/4WD differentials in H and K series bias position.

Polishing a CRV Differenrial housing today! Cleaning this one up to see if its possible to get that mirror type finish without my media blast cabinet. Since we are locked away from the shop because of #covid19 we are going to play reindeer games st the house with the dremel for now. The 3rd and final for the night! Getting the final touches put on this differential before it joins the other one for shipment going to another customer! Last piece of the puzzle is the upper shaft and the flange yoke for the input shaft. Then this differential will get shipped to its new owner to be put to the test on the track for a full power run. This Crv Differential is built for Eric Jackson and Chris Nyce and is equipped with our Dual Pump Clutch Delete kit, GEARX Torsen LSD, and 2.545:1 ring and pinion. This fully rebuilt diff carries the very best we have to offer and is rated to 1300hp. Very sure Eric will out it all to good use with Chris finishing the motor program for their EF chassis in Florida! Be warned Florida! Fun times in the shop last night installing a 1320racing RMF 4-1 B series header, OBDII GS-R distributor and bloxracing B18C intake manifold onto a customers car with some RC550's for this High Compression 12:8.1 compression motor.
