Which NHL wags are “nepo babies”? And by that I mean like do they have a parent (usually their dad) who is or was involved in/with the NHL?

I can think of a few like Kiely Sullivan and Alexie Andlauer but are there any others?

A lot of them - doesn't mean that all got in solely because of their dad's, uncle's, or granddad's name and reputation while being talentless suckers, but by definition, they are nepo babies:
