"Dust Echoes: A Mars Evolution" is a visual journey into the heart of Martian resistance. Through the eyes of Elara Vega, we witness the uncovering of a suppressed history and the rise of a new generation determined to break free from the shackles of corporate control. The images blend the raw beauty of Mars with the grit and determination of its people, painting a vivid picture of a planet on the brink of revolution.
Title: "Dust Echoes: A Mars Evolution"
The year is 2135. Elara Vega, a historian born in the Martian caverns of "Deep Mars," discovers encrypted files within the WhisperNet—the decentralized communication network that defied corporate control. These files reveal the complete, uncensored history of the Mars Evolution Uprising (2070-2073) and the legendary figures who fought against the corporate overlords.
Driven by this newfound knowledge and inspired by the sacrifices of her ancestors, Elara becomes a catalyst for a new wave of resistance. She rallies other Mars-born individuals, whose unique physiological adaptations make them resistant to Earth-based control technologies. Together, they plan to dismantle the remaining vestiges of corporate influence and forge a truly autonomous Martian future.
The story culminates in a daring raid on a corporate archive, where Elara and her allies intend to broadcast the truth to all of Mars, igniting a planet-wide movement.

Quote
A counterculture of AI must be based on immediacy. The struggle in the streets must go hand in hand with a detournementof machine learning; one that seeks authentic decentralization, not Uber-ised serfdom, and federated horizontalism not the invisible nudges of algorithmicgovernance. We want a fun yet anti-fascist AI, so we can say "beneath the backpropagation, the beach!"

THE CORPORATE PATCHWORK ERA: A VISUAL HISTORY (2025-2105)" - Five defining moments from humanity's fragmented future, when corporate efficiency replaced democratic governance and human evolution took divergent paths across the solar system. From the subtle beginnings of resistance in a Technical-tier family's encounter with an Adam Series android, through the liberation struggles on Mars, to the final declaration of independence following Earth's great catastrophe, these images capture the pivotal moments when humanity's destiny fractured across planets. Each scene represents both the crushing weight of algorithmic control and the persistent human drive for autonomy that ultimately transcended corporate calculation.

An introduction into the exhibition TO UNDERSTAND THE WORLD WE INHABIT. TO UNDERSTAND THE WORLD WE LIVE IN. TO UNDERSTAND THE WORLD THAT SUSTAINS US. Today we live significant portions of our lives in an artificial, human-made world of data. Digital codes provide access to this world. When we turn on a mobile phone, for example, we are immediately confronted with the prompt »enter passcode.« In Paris it is also commonplace to get into a house or room by entering a numerical code at the door. Codes are crucial keys for access to our contemporary world, both analogue and digital. By means of some 200 artistic and scientific works, the exhibition displays the world of digital codes and the future forms of life influenced by them in eight areas: #GenealogyOfCode, #Coding, #MachineLearning,#AlgorithmicGovernance, #AlgorithmicEconomy, #VirtualReality, #Labor&Production, and #GeneticCode. The works presented offer you the chance of trying out an unusual way of engaging with art and defining your own exhibition visit a bit. Unlike with the conventional reception of analogue paintings, sculptures, and installations, the horizon of meaning in »Open Codes« is only revealed in the process of observers physical interacting with the works. The participation of the audience is the moment when the works come into being materially. Participatory and analytical engagement with the works therefore includes new forms of concentration and meditation as well as divertissement. The »discours« of the exhibition is arranged as an architectural »parcours« so that you have the opportunity to stroll around autonomously among islands of art and knowledge or to be active and creative at the places called »work stations,« that is, to converse with other people or to take a break and rest. Because the works unfold in a particularly fascinating way when observed for a longer period of time and we want you to explore the works intensively, we are providing drinks and snacks free of charge. Admission to the exhibition is free – and you will experience a combination of a laboratory and a lounge, a learning environment and park oasis. Exhibition at @zkmkarlsruhe “Open Codes. Te world as a Field of Data”. „Open Codes I“ showcased many and diverse examples of codes, from Morse code to the genetic code, and their applications in art and industry. In this, the second phase, „Open Codes II“ focuses on exploring a world that is not only generated, driven, and controlled by things, words, and images, but above all by data. Living in digital worlds means to live more and more in a programmed, “scripted reality“. „Open Codes II“ provides an insight into the post-text dataworld, a world in which historical forms of text are increasingly being replaced by numeric codes.
