A little something I wrote in my 11th Grade English Class.

I am the invisible girl you wont see pass by. 

I wonder what tomorrow brings. 

I hear as the innocent suffer while others live in glory.

I see the world as a horrible place filled with pain. 

I want to be a better person. 

I am the invisible girl you won't see pass by. 

I pretend as nothing is wrong, but really I'm falling apart. 

I feel the waves brushing against me to take my worries away. 

I touch these hands which seem to destroy everything.

I cry as I remind myself that I will never see my grandmother again.

I understand that things won't go back to how they were before. 

I say why can't there be peace instead of suffering? 

I dream of a better place. 

I try to be a stronger person. 

I hope that one day things change.
