Okay so yes obviously a man must be a little pathetic but you know what else? He needs to be dirty. He needs to be dusty, sweaty, muddy, greasy, maybe even grimy. When freshly polished and dressed up he needs to look uncomfortable being so clean, like he might go rogue and wipe dirt or blood or engine grease on his face the second you look away. If a man’s looks aren’t improved by a layer of filth well. I’m not interested.
