=PREFACE= THIS IS NOT NORMAL INOSUKE!!! This is a DEMON au of Inosuke (link leads to a couple of drawings of what he looks like), and I don’t have a normal au verse for him.!! Keep this in mind for future interactions!! This AU of him follows the idea that Kotoha stayed in the Eternal Paradise cult and became a demon, and Inosuke became a demon as well later on. He sees Douma as a parental figure. If you write Douma, HE DOESN’T HAVE TO BE FOND OF HIM!!! I know Douma is a pretty emotionless demon so I wouldn’t be surprised if he felt absolutely nothing for Inosuke. Even so, my Inosuke highly respects him and sees him in a parental light. THIS DOESN’T HAVE TO BE RETURNED!!! To go along with that, this doesn’t mean I’ll automatically ship him with my Kotoha!! =STORY INFO= STORIES THAT THIS CHARACTER APPEARS IN: Demon Slayer STATUS: Verse dependent (is most likely dead in the current chapters) BACKSTORY: Inosuke’s early life is the same as in canon. His mom was beaten and verbally abused, and she felt to Douma’s cult. Douma never ate her and instead kept her and her son safe—even going as far as to mercilessly kill her husband and mother-in-law when they tried to join the cult—until the day she realized he was eating his worshipers. However, instead of Kotoha running away and throwing Inosuke to safety, Douma stopped her and managed to convince her that being a demon isn’t too bad. His mother then became a demon and Inosuke was raised among the Upper Moons. He didn’t become a demon himself until he turned 10. In most verses, he’s still learning under Koku. Depends on if an Koku rper wants to mentor him or not.) Uses Breath of the Moon, taught to him by Koku.
