unpopular shameless opinion but trevor is one of my favorite characters
#he did a lot of shitty things#but no more than other characters#he opened ian up to a lot of new things (specifically about the queer experience)#he also helped him destigmatize bottoming#i think a lot of the shit he did that ppl r upset about has to do with miscommunication and lack of context#ppl say he treated ian’s bipolar in the wrong way but i think he was just looking out for the teens he was charged to protect#i don’t remember if it ever showed ian actually telling trevor he’s bipolar actually#also as smo w bipolar sometimes u do need someone to just tell u ur acting manic (which he did ask ppl to do before)#idk i think trevor was just a normal dude in a weird fucked up situation#that was a lot of tags#but i’m afraid i’m gonna get absolutely shit on for this#also incredibly unpopular opinion but i 1000% understand him breaking up with ian after 7x10#trevor shameless#not tagging the gen fandom cuz again i’m gonna get shit on for this
