idk i really like when pokemon makes up its own terminology. rn i think the only times is when it calls the oshawott line's shells "scalchops" and hydrapple's heads are "syrpents" its a small detail but its neat to me

Okay here me out ! I would have love to put something for Happy but couldn’t find something matching both Happy and Natsu :( except Meowstic but I couldn’t imagine that at all, Happy is now Rotom jcndjdnd

Charizard, oblivious choice it may not be a dragon type but that’s literally a fire dragon and of course he would be named Igneel

Turtonator is the real fire dragon here and I thought Natsu would find him cool, I also love his signature move, Shell trap.

Dramanitan, Darumaka gives me KemoKemo vibes so my mind could get him out of my mind, but Natsu Battles so much that it for sure evolved.

Rotom, don’t tell me Natsu would scare Lucy at least once a day with this little guy, every visit he would be like hide! And he would hide in a appliances like Rotom does and just jumpscared Lucy everytime, and went she’s like ‘’I won’t fall for your trick again’’ she will cause instead of her fridge it would be her fan instead 😭 hdbdhdh His favorite appliance is of course Rotom heat ❤️

Hydrapple, I have a specific scene in head for this choice. Imagine him and Lucy on their aventure, and they find an apple tree Natsu try to take a bite of an apple but Lucy screams ‘’WAIT Natsu that’s a Pokémon’’ and he thinks it’s so cool that a fruit is a Pokémon and would go for the bad ass evolution, cause he like powerhouse that look cool

Finally Tyrantrum, one of my first choice for him on my old edit and though I should bring it back cause it look so cool he would love it.
