Just remember the traits and abilities passed onto you from those who lived before you and still live on today. Understand that those traits and abilities are paramount to your existence because with those traits and abilities you yourself can shape existence. Don't forget where you came from, don't forget your heritage, and don't forget the probability of you coming into existence was 1 in 4 trillion. Understand that you were impossible, and yet here you are. Remember that we are all brothers and sisters, the sons and daughters of the greatest creator and destroyer of all of time and space. Remember the Universe that gave you life and remember the traits and abilities it gave you. Remember where you came from, and remember the power inside you. Now, use it.
