he was raised by parents who worked as scientists (and the family subsequently moved to america when niko was three in order for him to lead a better lifestyle), and from an early age, he was expected to always strive to be the top of his class

he obeyed his parents orders, and in school, niko was considered the gifted kid, always doing his best, and he still persevered, even if he wasn’t quite at the top

he continued his reign of intellectuality into college, where he was able to further his educational path to a career he was intrigued about, which was film
