why are so many house listings so close to a highway :')
#personal#and also why do so many of these have massive power poles at the corner of the lot#I don't even know if it's scientific to want to avoid them lmao but lowkey I'm like... if I have the option... I'd like to avoid that lmao.#anyway! everything in this state is so fckn expensive :')#also: lowkey/highkey I don't feel like I have the vision or likely the funds to do any major renovation or redecorating :')#like I see stuff that isn't move-in ready and I'm like. I don't know what I would do with this :')#or stuff that hasn't been updated. like. what do I do#I feel like youtube makes it feel like I should be very DIY and into the 'sweat equity' thing but I'm like.
