just finished my current skyward sword playthrough and beat demise on my first try for the first time and also straight up sobbed during the fi cutscene at the end like i always do
#i finally learned to chill in the demise fight and pay closer attention to what he's doing#i tried backflipping stead of bashing and it worked very well#'very well' being a relative term bc i still used 2 fairies but that's INCREDIBLE considering how it's always gone in the past#also since im not in panic mode im paying better attention to the lightning and taking it before he can >:)#hoard wasnt as clean is idve liked (lost 6 hearts) but ghirahim 3 was damageless#also this was almost 10 hours shorter than my last playthrough despite the fact that i did 2 more side quests. boss rush. and Vibed#maybe ive just Hard Memorized everything and can do the actual game parts MUCH faster#anyways. how many times do i have to play this game before my eyes just burn instead of me full on sobbing during the fi cutscene#god. god. it's usually only during the 2nd half but this time the second she popped out of the sword at the beginning it was over for me#nothing in any piece of fiction has ever made me cry much less this intensely and so many times#also i have a bunch of posts i WANT to make about this playthrough but idk if ill ever get around to it. we'll see#alright. bye 👋 be back whenever#jp sshd(2)#poast
