⇝ seeing as all three of them die at some point in canon but not a single one of them got a grave for someone to sit at, I will be using an au where the commission is also alive for this question:

Mirage would stay the longest at Emmy's grave, but on record it would be Emmy's friend group, The Emmies (yes every single person in the group can have their name nickname into Emmy, no I have not figured out the name of all of the friends) since Mirage would stay invisible every time she stops in front of their grave. she also leaves the newest models of motorbikes in front of Emmy's grave whenever a new one comes out, since the only thing Mirage is sure Emmy loves are motorbikes. Telepath only stopped in front of Emmy's grave once during the funeral (he's in denial).

Emmy and Mirage would reconcile when they meet time and time again at Telepath's grave, and perhaps they would also meet his roommates, Romina and Tomi, on some of those trips -- Emmy figures out that Telepath and his roommate's relationship is not purely friendship the third time they meet, and it's a bitter pill to swallow when they realize that Telepath never told them about it, or the fact that Romina was the one to introduce him to his favorite hobby, painting, instead of him just taking it up like he told them.

I like to think that Herb or Dot would be the ones that come to Mirage's grave most often. Just coming by to dust off any debris that might have accumulated during the workweek and refreshing the flowers with a new bouquet. Emmy might come once a month or so to talk to Mirage, but Telepath would only come on their shared birthday and talk about how the year has been for him (he thinks that he can detect some activity when he does that, but he's not sure). If this takes place where Firage are together, I think Five would be heavy denial about Mirage's death and not broach the topic altogether (which is why in the good canon Five dies first <33)

Fun fact! Had AJ not stolen them from the timeline, the cerebral trio — Emmy, Telepath, and Mirage — would’ve all had gemstones for names!

Emmy would’ve been named Emerald “Em” Mcclure, Telepath’s name would be Jasper Donovan, and Mirage would’ve been Citrine Trang <3

okay so i realize i've never asked all that much about Emmy Carmi and I'm so interested in them as a person so tell me as much about them as you can recollect if you will - where do they come from, when were they born, what's their family like, what do they like, some songs you associate with them, etc.

okay so Imma be honest here, I never really intended for Emmy (or Telepath 🫣) to be major ocs. they just had pinterest boards so I could get a feel for their vibes and suddenly they have a prequel fic that 2022!Alvita was very proud of. but 2022!Alvita was also Very Bad at keeping consistent characterization (2024!Alvita is no better), so here’s some things that I’m fairly certain are constant for Emmy

Emmy was born in France, and was abandoned soon after their birth. AJ Carmichael found them in his quest to acquire as many children born from Reggie’s schemes, and Emmy was the second to be found

they’re considered to be the weakest out of the three AJ took in; Emmy has the power to see the emotions of living things via a colored outline surrounding those beings, but aside from having that, they’re completely colorblind

aside from having the least combat-useful power, Emmy also just doesn’t like combat in general. they are extremely bad at most kinds of physical activity, which doesn’t translate well to good fighting skills

however, out of the three kids (I’ll be referring to them as the cerebral trio from now on), Emmy’s the best at deescalating situations, and the best at achieving things without having to throw hands

Emmy has a prescription drugs abuse problem. this stems from their days at the Commission, where they’re basically given pills for candy bc they’re rather different from the other two, and the workers at the Commission see that as a bad thing (after they escaped, they’re trying to get better)

they’re haunted by the numerous assassinations and other atrocities they committed alongside Telepath and Mirage for the higher-ups. and that’s the reason why they were desperate to leave the Commission

after they left the Commission, they took up motorcycling as a hobby and met a group of people that become their family; they also enrolled in college (they faked their papers) and majors in psychology

on paper, Emmy’s full name is Emerald Carmi, and their chosen first name is also the same one they would’ve gotten in the no powers!au

I feel like Drive and Disconnect (Nao), Clean TV (Taylor Swift), and Dogs Days Are Over (Florence + The Machine) are pretty good songs for Emmy

honestly, I’m still not happy with their faceclaim. Liv Hewson is awesome don’t get me wrong, but they don’t have the Emmy Vibes™️, but as for now, their faceclaim is Liv Hewson
