I'm kind of glad for TS2's limited wardrobe functionality sometimes because it would be a lot harder for me to enforce a low-CC threshold if shoes were their own thing, y'know
#the same outfit can change so radically depending on the kind of shoe you pair it with#and I love really niche hyper-specific shoes lol#so when they're at the very least attached to the outfit's bottom half i'm like ok gotta think Broadly#gotta think Capsule Wardrobe gotta think Versatile Basics here#but if I could swap them out independently I'd be like hmmm...... flame decal croc creepers? yes PLEASE#and to achieve anything like that in TS2 would lead to exponential CC bloat so I just don't bother#but maybe... if I ever learn to 3D sculpt... i'll be that simmer who makes exclusively TS2 content and then just. a bunch of TS4 shoes#fun little footnote (hah!)
