mmmm I have like 3 medical professionals I need to call and two involve like. reaching out to the offices I went to in [redacted birth city] and having my files sent to [where I live now] AND finding a new optometrist + dentist

#hhhhh I hate phone calls so much #but a) my glasses are no longer the right prescription and I just have a constant low grade headache now with more migraines than usual #and b) I still very much have cavities that need to be dealt with before my teeth crumble in my mouth or rot lmao!#and c) I can get the referrals I need from my GP as miserable as it is to deal with her #I think. I'm gonna talk to her abt going back on t and or getting a hysterectomy because I am dysphoria georg and I've put it off for years #:( I wish I had like. a medical case manager yknow? someone to help me deal with doctors and specialists and help me make the appointments #oh I also should probably mention to my GP that I may have a CSF leak/ have had reoccuring CSF leaks #:/
