Started watching Til Jail Do Us Part and like, yeah, it’s a silly, OTT show, but mad props to Kate Del Castillo for her masterful acting job playing a clueless wife who’s never held a gun in her life when we all know she’s Mexico’s top action heroine. The RANGE!!!

#til jail do us part #armas de mujer #also I really like roselyn sánchez so it's nice to see her in a spanish-language production for once #and sylvia sáenz is always good at the comic relief #ALSO big shout-out to jessica lindsey aka the one US actor in hollywood with perfect spanish #which explains why she's probably more well-known for her spanish-language productions than her english-language ones #for some reason that tickles me #and if her character's arc is not to hook up with one of the main wives WHAT is even the POINT your honour????#finally the 'a group of women accidentally murder a guy and need to cover it up wacky hijinks ensue' is one of my favorite neotropes #and if the guy is a rapist and is allowed to stay dead (*cough*good girls*cough*)??
