Aaaaaaaaaaa I am excited to go back to Hyrule. I don’t even know for sure yet, is the idea that a few years have gone by since the events of Breath of the Wild? It looks like it, so how are all my friends? Does the countryside feel safer for travellers? Are the villages and towns growing? Are Bolson and Karson still loitering on my lawn?

To what extent, if any, does having a save file from BotW affect how you start out in the new game? I would like it if there were some kind of advantage, like getting to carry over the clothes and armour that you acquired and fairied up. It looks like there’s heaps of new stuff to learn so that would be handy to have squared away already.

Most importantly of all, will there be some item or garment that confers the ability to climb in the rain?
