people still liking my post about how i theorized asa would save the day against the falling devil even though i was totally wrong and she got reduced to a damsel in distress lol
#the way i thought this was going to be an experience for denji and her to help e/o and bond as Equals#but she just became another csm fan girl like 99% of the cast#and for denji to be the hero fjmt had to nerf yoru by giving her miscommunication issues with asa that were never addressed again#and there is the fact that he spent so much time expounding on her failures but completely skipped her ascent to devil hunter celebrity???#i could go on but let’s just say I’m not a fan of what the story is doing with asa#like. a lot of these writing choices are typical misogynistic shonen bullshit that i thought he was above of#but now i wouldn’t be surprised if he makes asa and fumiko have some sort of undignified cat fight over denji#anyways#asa mitaka
