#i didn't think it would really work#but I was surprised that recruiters would feed people's resumes with their very personal information to an external AI#how can they guarantee the ai won't retain the data to train and learn#if a company did use an external ai for sift#i'd expect that to be declared so the candidates can decide whether to still submit#and for there to be aomething in place that will inform the applicants of what data security policies are in place to deal with that
