love of one piece aside i do want to smack oda around with a very large stick for several character design choices hes made and continues to make such as [gestures tiredly at usopp]
#there is GENUINELY no excuse for the amount of racist caricatures in OP and the fact that one of them is one of the main cast is awful#you can have a very stylized artstyle without doing that shit and it makes me Very Fucking Mad#and i adore usopp as a character hes this sweet silly artist with a genuinely wonderfully kind soul and hes v brave in the genuine way#where hes scared but he does what he needs to anyway because its the right thing to do#and hes drawn Like That and its AWFUL#bless every op fanartist who fixes that shit
