I finally figured out why im a huge blanket and pillow and stuffed animal person now when i used to like not even really use my pillows its compensating for the years i slept on the floor
#and i think im well deserved in doing such#like literally just slept on the hard ass ground with my like one blanket and sheet and then i had the army cot with the broken middle#but i stopped sleeping on that cause i had a few timea where the middle slipped out from under me and it had me kinda pressed#also my mom needed to sleep on it cause she like worked and had a job on her feet all day#and i just went to school and did errands and was young so it wasnt as bad for me#but i was thinking about it and it clicked and i was like ahhh it makes sense now#there was also a period of a week and a half or two weeks where i had to sleep on three of the dining table chairs lined up together#and that was solid wood and worse than the ground#but hey im pretty much okay with sleeping anywhere now#like the train seats#as long as im not cold im fine#last train trip i was freezing to the bone cause i had a window seat and it had rained in a lot of the states we went thru#and i didnt realize how cold the midwest gets and the train is already cold#it was horrible like i was so cold my skin hurt ecen tho i was also itchy and none of the other clothes i packed would have helped me#it was okayish in the day but nights were unbearable#getting comfy in the seat was the least if my worries
