after a long internal debate on how exactly i should view/treat mdk and what lines are and arent acceptable to cross i think the issue just kind of solved itself. like it doesnt really matter because i am not weird abt him anymore. anyways mdk in my brain has shifted from being completely "not mandalore at all and just a ref" to being moreso "simultaneously mandalore and not mandalore at the same time." this is the interpretation that makes the most sense in my head

#vm.txt #to clarify im not treating mdk like i do mandalore #and i dont feel the same way abt mdk as i do mandalore #mdk is my meowmeow. mandalore is just. a chill guy i respect #but theyre just a little bit more connected in my head now than they were before. instead of being almost entirely unrelated #its like how catboy jerma is a different character from jerma. like you could put both in a room together #jerma refers to catboy jerma as an entirely separate entity with their own pronouns & personality. they arent the same person #but catboy jerma is still. jerma #yknow? whatever. anyways. yeah #this doesnt affect druidposting or anything. druidposting forever #also i made a new personal rule for mdk which is “if i wouldnt feel good showing it to mandy i shouldnt draw it”#i think that makes sense
