Got reminded of my beloved hamsters.... and now I miss them.... (it's been 12 years)
#i need to make a tribute drawing of them one day they were such fun little guys#it's funny how i've been always a huge animals fan and learned everything about them when i was little#yet i've only ever had those two hamsters when it comes to pets. i mean not counting the aquarium fish before that#(but that wasn't really like. my pet because my dad took care of them and stuff because i was like 4 years old#i'll always remember that one neon tetra that outlived at least two other generations of fish she was a real one i was so happy for her)#but ok not pondering this now just wanted to give a shoutout to my awesome hamsters today. i gave them such funny names#my old phone was full of pics and videos of them unfortunately they are 5 pixels wide but that's ok good to have them anyway#the funniest thing was when i let one hamster roam around my room and i was carefully following it around so that it wouldn't run off ofc#but then it suddenly got supersprint powers and dashed off and squeezed under the door of the huge wardrobe in the cloackroom#and i have that moment immortalized in video form and it includes my freaking out about it#it was scary in the moment but its hilarious to watch now (the hamster was saved right away and ended up unscathed so it was all good)#well all in all. hamsters will always be special little animals to me because of all that just wanted to say this. i'm a real hamsters fan#goosepost
