i really don't know why every single one of my story ideas right now is set during the pandemic, when i HATE thinking about the pandemic
#i think maybe writing about it is sort of therapeutic for me#and it's also the exact combination between contemporary and historical which are my two favourite writing genres#but yeah i have 3 main ideas and one is aimed a little kids one is middle grade and one is YA but they're ALL about neurodivergent#coded characters and they're all set during the pandemic. somehow those have become the common factors completely against my will
