thinking about how the concept of an 'original alter' in a system is silly and unhelpful...
#our therapist is trying to communicate with our system but she keeps talking about our core alter#and saying that theyre still in here and we need to access them#and its just silly to us....i think azalea even told her flat out that yves (who she keeps referring to us as) integrated a while ago#and isn't around anymore#but shes so convinced that yves must have been our original alter she keeps telling us that theyre still in here#and yes to an extent yves is still in here but they aren't yves anymore#she's really trying but she doesn't know what shes talking about when it comes to DID....#sigh.....#if the concept of a core alter is helpful to you that's good <3 whatever is healthy and helps you recover is good#but it just doesn't make sense to us#especially now that we don't have a host#valentine.txt
