Genuinely kinda miss music production. In general making music was my most cathartic form of expression and used to make me feel so whole and I think I've been trying to get that feeling back since I put it down with no success

#its just real really hard when the thing you love breaks your heart #like how fucked is it that i could never afford to record or mix professionally #but people would call in favors asking me to mix for them when they could #or call me asking me what was wrong with a mix or what was missing #and multiple people have my songs on their debut albums and yeah granted theyre not like very big records #or well sold ones lol but i never got credit or even a lil shout out despite being consistently in multiple peoples lives #giving them a lift its fucked #and then i had my family on my ass constantly telling me how much they saw me making music as something so unserious and worthless #and when people fucked me up they shoved it in my face as proof that it had all been a waste of time #i just lost my grip on that special lil thread..
