In Season 1, Panthea having Ziggo, the really ordinary cat is so out of place in a world with other creatures like unicorns, dragons and pans. It's giving the same energy as the Earth King having a basic bear as a pet in Avatar the Last Airbender where the animals are all mixed species lol

Do you mind if I pop up from time to time and show you some monster guys? I would like to know your opinion on their design. I just want to shine some light on underrated characters.

The first one is Polytheus from Mia and Me. He's a Naga/Medusa like monster.

He's a jerk but is nice deep down. He has a giant pet turtle. Loves money and tinkering.

I think I saw this guy once before, but I had no idea where he was from. And listen, as someone whose humble monsterfucker beginnings were with scalies, particularly nagas- This guy is right up my alley. The facial design is flashy but so very nice! I think they blended everything perfectly and I'm really glad they didn't just settle for giving him a human upper half (which usually makes my eyes roll so far back into my skull I want to choke people).

In terms of personality, I love him because he's also prime bullying material, but softly. Because he's a gentle dumbass deep down, I've seen clips. He's like a troubled manchild in desperate need of attention and that's like- All of my ocs.

Cracks me up that he called the turtle "Buttercup". I have no intention of watching the show, but Polytheus has a special little spot in the scalie side of my heart. Thank you for showing me this little bastard.
