i would like to thank the planet earth that the weather app says itll be in the 50s-60s tomorrow. ive been melting this past week and its led to a chain of events that im still going through
#my post#so. my grandma does not turn on the ac#and on nice days she opens up all the windows#and last week it was like 80 degrees outside for like 2 days straight. and i dont take well to heat#and the entire upper floor of the house was akin to a sauna. like humidity and heat to match#this led to 2 things. 1 was me trying to sleep downstairs where it was only slightly cooler but not rly. and so i got very poor sleep and#woke up at an absolutely horrible time of night which had me fucked up sleepwise for days. and 2 is that the next time i slept in my own bed#i ended up sleeping with basically no covers on. with my fan blasting quite literally directly at my face for hours straight from maybe#a foot away at most. so i was sleeping horribly and then my nose was dehydrated which meant runny nose hell#my sleep is fixed now but my nose? hell. for a full day it was a waterfall. like neverending. i think that was literally the day#THAT I HAD MY THERAPY. my only calm nose moment was in the office lol. and anyway yesterday my nose was mostly? fine#and now it basically hasnt run at all. but all that sniffling fucking. cw GROSS. my throat is just coated dude. its all i taste.#IT TASTES SO BAD. ive been in this situation before but it never gets better. it tastes so bad. its so unique i really cant describe it.#i tried to drink a large hot coffee and it slightly worked but not really#i think my only solution is to suffer#or try what google tells me to try idk whatever
