thinking of causing psychic damage to everyone who follows me by reblogging call of duty posts
#i blame the one mutual who got REALLY into soap and ghost a while back#and caused the thought to burrow into the back of my mind like a sleeper agent. waiting for the opportunity to spring out#and cause brainrot#ALSO CAN I JUST SAY#as someone who has SO MUCH disdain for the military and has managed to avoid a lot of it and the propaganda attached to it#there is something very funny and deeply unsettling about going into this space and seeing like.#the actual fanbase who is into this unironically and enjoying the weird tough men military fantasy#bro i watched a review for the new campaign (which like. ngl i do have to agree sucks)#and one of his criticisms was that the characters just interrogated a civilian instead of like. threatening with torture#if not outright torture#and the explosions just weren't boomy or cathartic enough#and i was like. wow. i am not the target audience for these games#like. hello??? the power fantasy they want is so unsettling???#insane. let me OUT i dont want these brain worms
