Not much to recommend about America but shout out to me being born American for the fact that I was disgusted when I found out that in British they're legally required to drill religion into little kids in schools and the majority of that "religious education" has to be Christian
#i went to elementary school in British#and they made us sit in the nasty ass cafeteria once or twice a DAY and sing bible songs#and they'd have this preacher come in and these bible re-enactoes#and if you were good sometimes you got to be a character in the bible re-enactments#i got to be a rainbow once they made me hold one end of a rainbow ribbon and that was just it#that's ironic#they would put tea towels on our heads#not chuck e cheese#sorry for being gone it will happen again
