I am so tired of being stressed/anxious/worried.
#ain't no stress like old cat stress bc old cat stress don't stop#robo was acting funny this morning but I'm pretty sure it's bc mom and I got up and ready to leave early on a saturday#and in the past when we've done this it's bc he had a vet appt#he's really good at recognizing patterns#I mean he ate and everything the behavior was only different once we started getting dressed/ready#but he's also been peeing more lately and had an accident in my bed the other night#which I mean he's 16 and has diabetes and kidney disease#and we're also dealing with some kind of GI issue which I'm afraid could be intestinal lymphoma#(we've tried antibiotics which helped a little but didn't resolve it and lymphoma is a relatively common cancer in elderly cats)#we're not gonna do a biopsy- it wouldn't change anything and we're not putting him through that#ugh this part of having pets sucks#I feel like I have to say that he's happy and otherwise healthy (the vet was really pleased with his bloodwork last visit)#he's eating and taking care of the other cats (he's such a dad cat)#he's just the cat equivalent of your granddad who's 80something and on dialysis or w/e
