Absolutely not!! I enjoy some HP fanfic here and there, but I can’t even recall the last time I gave her any of my money. I support trans rights, and I’m not a radfem/terf or aligned with them in any way.

Anything really ♡

Eddie always had his eyes on reader and had a crush on her from the start. He always judged her relationship with Steve though. He didn't hate Steve but he disliked King!Steve. He saw the way he looked at other girls and the way he treated reader sometimes. In his eyes, she always deserved better.

Eddie always had a little sketching book with him and would take it to every class, he'd mostly draw DnD related stuff, things for his campaign etc.

He loves writing (storylines for his campaign and songtexts). He also created a DnD character, which was basically reader.

He loves horror movies. Can't decide on which one is his favorite because he loves too many.

He had never been on any dates and he didn't wish to go on any, (deep down he did). He knew how everyone always felt about him, he didn't care to ask out any girls, besides, there was never one he was interested in, except for one (that he thought he could never have *cough* reader *cough*)

He was never a fan of prom and couldn't care less about it. (He still showed up for reader)

He always admired reader, every chance he got, he'd watch her

Reader once slipped him a note when he drew a picture she fell in love with, telling him how much she loves it. He ripped the page off and gave it to her. She still has the drawing and he still has that note.

Eddie is not the most talented cook but he can make a few simple meals. He makes the best sandwiches.

Eddie may be chaotic and his room is always a mess, but it's still clean and it smells good. He always tries to cover up the smell of cigarettes and weed with a room spray that smells like vanilla (lol)

He has a sweet tooth. He loves anything sweet.

Secretly loves a few slow sad songs.

He would tease Steve in their shared classes and would piss him off (on purpose), especially after seeing reader upset.

His hair is very special to him (him and Steve do have things in common)

He is very insecure but doesn't really show it, he always has his walls up in front of everyone, mostly everyone.

The first time he hung out with reader was after a party at Steve's place (when they were still dating). She bumped into him after a fight with Steve, Eddie offered her a shoulder to cry on, then a drink and then a few more and they ended up spending the whole night together, sharing stories and laughing with each other. He was nervous and blushy but it was one of his best nights.

Weeks later him and reader became friends after Steve broke up with her. At that time, he didn't know how much she would change his life or how much he'd change her life and how deep their bond would be.

Aaahh yes! okay here's a bunch of random headcanons for Stevie:

Steve can cook and he loves it! He may be a kfc lover and gets takeout every now and then, but he definitely prefers to eat a home cooked meal. When he was still with reader, he'd always cook dinner for her when she'd stay over. (And she would make dessert :)

He keeps everything that he gets from the people he loves, whether it's little notes, small gifts, chocolate (he keeps the wrapper lol) he keeps everything.

He still has a box filled with readers things in his closet. And there's still some of her belongings lying around. A random hair tie, one of her books, pride and prejudice (that he never gave back to her when he borrowed it) etc.

He still rewatches the movies he and reader would always watch on their movie nights.

In middle school, he would surprise her with her favorite snacks and would give them to her during lunch breaks. In high school, he would always give her random things that reminded him of her (before and during their relationship)

He loves to sing in the shower, while he's cooking or cleaning, he just loves to song. And, he can play guitar, but that's something he keeps a secret from most people.

Not a secret but he has a really long hair care routine.

He loves David Bowie.

He also enjoys shopping and getting things for himself, it's therapeutic to him. Plus, he loves to look, feel and smell good.

He wants a pet but he can't decide between a kitten or a puppy.

He loves loves rom coms, doesn't enjoy horror movies a lot, the only exception is anything with Zombies though, he loves Zombie movies/comics and probably daydreams about what it would be like to live in a zombie apocalypse (lol)

He sees Dustin as his little brother.

He loves to spoil the kids, and Robin. He gets her whatever she wants (after she rambles about for days ofc)

He misses reader and their relationship but he also really misses their friendship a lot, she wasn't only his girlfriend, she was also his best friend.

He carries a lot of guilt for the way he treated reader during their relationship. He let his fears and his insecurities guide him, which turned him into an asshole at times. He would go back in time and change everything if he could.

He is jealous of Eddie, not only because he has her. But also because he treats her the way Steve wishes he could have treated her.

He doesn't know what he wants for his future but he knows who he wants in his future.

Andyy if you are still looking for some ideas for an Eddie fic, what about an exes to lovers one?? He broke up with her because he wanted the best for her but he thought he couldn't be the right one. You know, a whole thing like "she deserves better than a freak like me". After the break up he left Hawkins for some years, and when he comes back he finds out she is still there but has a boyfriend now

OH yes! I love that!

She is a major bookworm, and has always been one. As a kid she would get herself a new book, her favorite snack and would spend her afternoons in the treehouse in her backyard reading whenever she wasn't with Steve.

She loved to bake but lost the joy in it when Steve left, so she started looking for new things that would bring her joy.

She loves shopping, especially with friends. And she will always splurge and spoil herself a little, no matter what store she walks into, she will always get herself something, whether it's a new nailpolish, new rings, make up or a new shirt, she always gets something for herself.

She loves movie nights and nights in, in general. She actually always preferred it more than going out.

She tried sketching but always hated they way it turned out so she preferred to peek at whatever Eddie was sketching (even though he always thought that she never saw or paid attention to him). But they oftentimes sat next to each other in class and she would admire his drawing skills.

She never knew what she wanted to become and always left her plans for the future open. She really wanted to go to college with Steve though.

She always wanted to wear heavy make up, leather jackets, darker clothes and style her hair differentely but never felt comfortable to do so until she met Eddie. (now she looks like a rockstars girlfriend hehe)

She seems very fragile and soft to others but there is more to her. So much more. There is a side of her that Steve doesn't even know. Oops.

She loves music. She could never live a day without music. When she's not blasting music through the house, then she's definitely wearing headphones and listening to The Smiths or The Cure, Depeche Mode etc. Now she also listens to Rock and Heavy Metal, thanks to Eddie.

She's accompanied Eddie to his campaigns before and the kids loved her -- Lucas dragged Max to one of the campaigns too, that's how Cheer and Max met and they hit it off right away.

Eddie jokinigly calls her his 'groupie', while his friends call her his 'girlfriend' something that both him and Cheer always blush at.

She always made mixtapes for Steve, now Eddie makes mixtapes for her :')

She never lost her joy in writing notes for the people she loves. Steve wasn't the only one who received notes from her. Chrissy and Heather always got some too. Robin did too, they would oftentimes pass silly notes back and forth during classes. And Eddie of course, she always leaves notes around the trailer for him to find.

She likes to braid Eddie's hair, he always lets her but tells her that she is the only one who's allowed to touch his hair.

The rings that Eddie gave to her a holy to her.

She misses Steve and the friendship that they used to have.

She calls Eddie her angel and he thinks she's joking, she's really not. He saved her <3

Oh. Her favorite snacks are M&M's and Doritos. She also loves to dip her french fries into vanilla milkshakes (@taintedcigs please don't hate my lovely cheer. she hates salt&vinegar chips just as much as you do, at least... so yay)

Always cuddling you and staying near you. Also just always needing to be touching some part of you🥹🥹

He would literally be such a clingy boyfriend (in the best way possible), once he'd feel comfortable enough to show how clingy he truly is. He'd be on you all the time. He would always hold your hand or keep his arm around you, hand on your lower back -- or maybe even in the back pocket of your jeans. He'd always always kiss your lips, your cheek, your nose, your temple, your forehead, your hand, whether you're in public or just at home.

When you're cooking, he always comes up behind you, wraps his arms around your waist and leans down to kiss your shoulder.

When you move away from him in your sleep, he pulls you back in, while he's still sleeping -- his body just knows when you're not there. He needs to feel you.

When you're partying with friends and you sit down beside him, he instantly pulls you on top of him, wanting you to sit on his lap.

He always keeps you close. No matter what you're doing, no matter where you are, loverboy just loves keeping you close to him.

i love love love the fact that steve was ‘testing’ reader in those first chapters. despite the fact he’s clueless about her feelings for him i do think he knows her in his own way and seems to know she’s not okay and she’s not as strong as she wants everyone to think she is. i don’t know where are you taking the story after this but i’d love to see a bit more of that, also can’t wait to see how reader bites back because even though she’s hurt i do see her trying to hurt steve back eventually but i believe by that point he might be so in love with her that he’ll know she’s just trying to protect herself and aaahhh. anyways i really love this fic and it’s helping me to deal with the stress of my assignments. can’t wait for the next chapter x

you are so right about this! he tried to break her a little in the first two chapters because he finally just wanted to see through her completely, since she is such a mystery to him. he can already tell that there are things that she is keeping from everyone, that she is truly not doing well and that all of her behavior is just an act to keep those walls up-- despite the things he said to her in the latest chapter.

she might bite back, or she won't hehe. after being hurt this way by someone she always liked in secret, truly hurt her a lot. she won't welcome him with open arms when he shows up at her doorstep but she might open up a bit when she does let him in.

also him falling in love with her.. (that will happen, and when he falls, he falls hard) also I saw this on tik tok earlier and it made me think of him thinking about her, I just needed to share (this is literally how he will feel about her)
