Second batch of #Fall2021 anime picks! #MushokuTensei. Rudeus certainly has grown up a bit since we last saw him, but the old geezer in him remains. The second cour starts introducing new characters who'll be driving the plot for the rest of the season. Also, I missed seeing Studio Bind's work so really hoping everything goes well. #TaishoOtomeFairyTale. Set in the Taisho era (1920s), Tamahiko is in deep despair after being sent away by his father following an accident that killed his mom and ruined his right arm. Living alone, he meets Yuzuki who becomes his bride after being sold due to their family's debt. When the screen shifted from monochrome to full color, it was an automatic yes for me. It's also the chemistry between Tamahiko and Yuzu that actually carried the premiere. Tamahiko indeed reminded me of Bocchan (Duke of Death), Yushiro (Demon Slayer), and Shirogane (Kaguya-sama). Definitely this season's cute, warm, and fuzzy watch. 9/10 #Sakugan. Set in a post-apocalyptic world called Labyrinth that's infested by monsters called Kaiju, this focuses on father Gagumber and his genius daughter Memenpu and their journey towards discovering what Memenpu's dream was all about. This would likely be a heart-warming story of family love with mecha and action on the side. Major DecaDence vibe, only this has more heart. Even found myself tearing up at the end of the premiere. 8/10 #ShinNoNakama (Banished from Heroes' Party, I Decided to Live a Quiet Life in the Countryside). Just as the title says, this is about Red and how he lives his days as a merchant after retiring from being an adventurer. Now this reminded me heavily of Realist Hero from last season, but with a smaller role since he's just a common folk. It's a chill watch so I can stick around. 7/10 #Ansatsu_Kizoku (The World's Finest Assassin Gets Reincarnated in Another World as an Aristocrat). Was supposed to stay away from isekai titles this season, but here we are. So far, still in the fence since the action from their first mission was interesting. May a few more eps. 6/10 #VisualPrison. BL about vampire idols fighting over a half-breed. That's it. 5/10 A few more to go! Got recos? Yui Ninomiya & Aira Yuuki to Perform The World's Finest Assassin Gets Reincarnated in Another World as an Aristocrat Theme Songs

    The official website for the upcoming TV anime adaptation of Rui Tsukiyo's fantasy light novel The World's Finest Assassin Gets Reincarnated in Another World as an Aristocrat announced its OP and ED theme song performers on August 20, 2021.

    The OP theme song "Dark seeks light" is sung by 19-year-old voice actress /singer Yui Ninomiya. She is best known as Ema Hinata in Aikatsu Friends! and Luvelia Sanctos in Peter Grill and the Philosopher's Time, and made her solo singer debut in January 2020.

  "Dark seeks light" will be relelased as her second single on November 3, 2021. She writes on Twitter, "I created this with the theme of 'light and shadow,' fully getting into the world of the story. Don't mean to brag but it's really cool! (laugh) Please enjoy it along with the anime!"

        Meanwhile, the ED theme song "A Promise" is sung by 39-yuear-old singer Aira Yuuki. She made her professional singer debut in 2007 and has performed the theme songs for various anime series, such as Idolm@ster: Xenoglossia (2007), true tears (2008), Tears to Tiara (2009), The Legend of the Legendary Heroes (2010), Space Battleship Yamato 2199 (2012), Horizon in the Middle of Nowhere II (2012), BLAZBLUE ALTER MEMORY (2013), Broken Blade (2014), ACCA: 13-Territory Inspection Dept. (2017), A Sister's All You Need (2017), and Violet Evergarden (2018).

  "A Promise" is set to be released as her 15th single on November 10, 2021. She has also released her new artist photo with the glittering lights of the city in the background.

    The TV anime The World's Finest Assassin Gets Reincarnated in Another World as an Aristocrat, directed by Masafumi Tamura (The Misfit of Demon King Academy) at Silver Link and Studio Palette, is set to premiere in Japan in October 2021, and will be also simulcast on Crunchyroll.

The World's Finest Assassin TV Anime Targets Each Character 1st Key Visual

At a live-streamed stage for Rui Tsukiyo's light novel series, The World's Finest Assassin Gets Reincarnated in Another World as an Aristocrat, at KADOKAWA's Light Novel Expo 2020 tonight, the first key visual for the upcoming TV anime adaptation for said series was released.

      Masafumi Tamura (The Misfit of Demon King Academy) will be directing the series at SILVER LINK and Studio Palette, with Kenji Akabane (The Producer in The Idol Master) voicing the main character Lugh, Reina Ueda (Ruri in Dr. STONE) voicing Dia, Yuki Takada (Aoba in NEW GAME!) voicing Tarte, and Shino Shimoji (Akari Ozora in Aikatsu!) voicing Maaha.

  The light novel, written by Rui Tsukiyo and illustrated by Reia, has been published by KADOKAWA since February 2019 after it was first released as a web novel. Yen Press is releasing the series in English, with the first volume of five having been released in December 2020. They describe the story as such:

  The greatest assassin on Earth knew only how to live as a tool for his employers—until they stopped letting him live. Reborn by the grace of a goddess into a world of swords and sorcery, he’s offered a chance to do things differently this time around, but there’s a catch...He has to eliminate a super-powerful hero who will bring about the end of the world unless he is stopped. Now known as Lugh Tuatha Dé, the master assassin certainly has his hands full, particularly because of all the beautiful girls who constantly surround him. Lugh may have been an incomparable killer, but how will he fare against foes with powerful magic?  

  The World's Finest Assassin Gets Reincarnated in Another World as an Aristocrat is scheduled to air this July.
