One shitty aspect about the great friend breakup of 2019/2020 was that when we were friends i told her about my first heartbreak as a teen, where my best friend just started being rude to me and cut me off with no explanation, and then she just went and did the same thing. :/

#anyway just thinking about that bc i have a friendship that’s longer than either of those and bc there’s a power imbalance i sometimes #feel really anxious that she’ll just stop liking me #and there truly is no reason to feel that way expect for those other two breakups that just messed me up #like we’ve never had a problem but making plans or texting her feels different than it is with my main peer group #i get so worried that i’ll cross a line someday and ruin the whole darn thing #anywaaay this is a stressful month for aside from all of this and i’m just too deep in my own brain #but i will bookmark these thoughts for my next therapy sesh
