I didn't get particularly attached to Hollyleaf in Po3 because her brothers had more interesting arcs going on and she was kind of hard for me to get a good read on, but starting The Forgotten Warrior and knowing she's about to come back has got me so emotional right now

#it's a good thing nothing bad happens after this and she survives the arc and is still alive today :)#i read hollyleaf's story in between oots 4 and 5 because a good chunk of it takes place in those books #and I'm looking forward to her return. i just love drama and I love oots #I'm actually a little sad that I'm nearly done with this arc #but also excited because it means soon I'm entering new territory #i think the last book i read when it was new was moth flight's vision #which means the last book chronologically that i read when it was new was bramblestar's storm #so once I'm past that threshold I'm on to a mix of books I read a couple years ago without remembering context and books I've never read #so I'm excited about that! it's the final leg of the journey that i started rereading this whole series just to get to #anyway I'm distracted. wasn't this post about hollyleaf
